I was in a lot of pain due to an ongoing issue. Dr. Chi ordered X-rays and a biopsy to check on any underlying causes for the issues I was having. He was very gentle and caring while constantly checking to make sure I was tolerating my procedure. He knew I was in pain and worked hard to make sure I felt better when I left the office.
