Dr Patel performed a tenex procedure with prp on my Achilles tendon. Multiple Google searches of the tenex procedure prepared me for significant pain during recovery for anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. Happy to say, I experienced so little pain after this procedure that I never took the painkillers Dr. Patel prescribed. If I could, I'd get prp all over my body. After many weeks of constant pain my heel is pain free! Dr. Patel is always positive, upbeat, and reassuring. She's what's becoming a unicorn in modern medicine, a highly skilled professional who demonstrates compassion and concern for her patients. You can't go wrong in her care!
